Let’s talk about polynucleotides, the biggest treatment in aesthetics today!
Want to know more about this skin strengthening, glow-boosting injectable moisturising treatment? Then read on……
What are polynucleotides?
.
Polynucleotides are DNA fragments derived from natural sources, carefully formulated to stimulate collagen production, boost cellular repair, and promote skin regeneration. These tiny powerhouses penetrate deep into your skin, jump-starting the rejuvenation process and restoring your complexions vitality from within.
Polynucleotide are biopolymers, basically stretchy molecules made from fragments of the fish DNA extracted from salmon or trout sperm which, believe it or not, closely resemble human DNA. Yes you read that right……fish sperm!!! So if you have a fish allergy this treatment is definitely NOT for you!
What are the benefits?
These polynucleotide chains make regenerative changes on a cellular level, meaning they are able to rejuvenate, rejuvenate, rejuvenate. They don’t stop there either. When it comes to the benefits of polynucleotides, they:
Increase cell turnover
Improve skin elasticity
Reduce signs of hyperpigmentation
Minimise pore size
Boost hyaluronic acid production
Reduce hollowing
Lessen fine lines
Offer a brighter complexion
They can be safely used alongside other aesthetic treatments like botox®️, dermal fillers & profhilo.
Polynucleotides treatments are proving to be a firm favourite of celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston who openly promotes their anti-ageing results. I’m not one for the Hollywood hype, but when it comes to polynucleotides, there is growing evidence to support just how transformative they can be in the fight against skin ageing.
